ServiceNow Technical Architect (Contract) - CSM & AI/Now Assist Focus We're looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect to join a global telecoms customer. You will design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on CSM and AI capabilities including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.You will be required to work onsite in Dusseldorf, Germany a few times per month.
