IT Support Specialist - Brussels - French and English speaking One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an IT Support Specialist for VIP Support. Role is based in Brussels with 4 days per month in Strasbourg and will require shift work (8am-8pm - some starting at 8AM, some start later to end at 8PM, most in between) Please find some details below: Nature of tasks ? Service desk agent, incident agent and analyst, problem agent and analyst ? Incident analysis, first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximising the first call resolution rate ?
